Shipping:
We offer fully tracked worldwide shipping and aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day.
Domestic (DHL):
Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery on standard orders.
International (DHL):
Please allow 6–15 business days for delivery on standard orders.
If you are ordering internationally, please note that your country may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.

Please note that we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Returns:
All of our jewellery is crafted to the highest quality standards, and we are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your items, we gladly offer a replacement or refund on returns made within 14 days of receipt. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
For European customers, we offer return labels.
For international returns, please clearly label the package as “return to sender” to avoid double customs charges. Any duties or taxes incurred must be paid by the sender, as we cannot accept returns with unpaid charges.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
